Our workouts are scalable so they’re able to be modified to benefit someone brand new to exercise all the way to competitive athletes!

Our StrongerLife Certified Coaches will guide you and make sure you start where you are. They will help you choose the appropriate weights and movements so you can begin your health journey!

StrongerLife Certified Coaches undergo intensive training to become “Specialists in Aging.” Co-Founders Jeff and Dustin, Doctors of Physical Therapy with extensive experience in Geriatric PT, created the StrongerLife Certification.

Our Coaches excel in making specific modifications to exercises and activities to ensure safety and effectiveness for seniors. They understand the importance of adapting workouts to accommodate various mobility levels, chronic conditions, and potential limitations.

By leveraging their extensive training, our Coaches can tailor fitness routines that enhance strength, flexibility, balance, and cardiovascular health while minimizing the risk of injury.

Our small group classes last one hour and feature a warm-up, workout, and cool down.

Led by StrongerLife Certified Coaches, each session targets strength, endurance, or balance with daily variations.

Coaches demonstrate and guide members through equipment usage and movements.

To accommodate everyone's needs, we provide modification options.

Our StrongerLife Certified Coaches are specialists in aging. We get people strong and healthy in the presence of medical conditions and/or injuries.

Currently using a cane or walker? Our Personal Training services have got you covered.

Our Center Director will help you select the right option for your specific needs.

There are many factors that affect the number on the scale, for example, nutrition and frequency of exercise.

If a new member attends class regularly and sticks to the same or healthier eating habits, they can start to lose weight within the first month!

You will get stronger with every class! Our Coaches will encourage you to challenge yourself and try new movements and heavier weight.
