Class Schedule

StrongerLife offers two types of classes for people 55+ based on ability level - StrongerLife 1.0 and 2.0.

These classes have the same class plan for the day but have minor differences so people of all levels get similar benefits!

You won’t have to worry about asking, “Is this right for me?” We will recommend which class is appropriate for you before you try a Free Class.

All Levels Welcome

StrongerLife 1.0

 This 60 minute class is appropriate for all levels! Builds strength, balance, and endurance.

This 60 minute class has the same benefits as StrongerLife 1.0 but moves at a quicker pace.
