Member Appreciation Event

The only thing stronger than our quads? Our community!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our Member Appreciation Event on October 21st!  More than 50 StrongerLife members came together to celebrate community, connection, and the shared mission that makes StrongerLife special.

Your presence—and your passion—remind us why this community is so important. It was wonderful to see familiar faces, meet new ones, hear stories and have honest and open conversations about StrongerLife HQ. 

During the event, we reaffirmed what StrongerLife has always stood for:

  1. We’re here for adults 55+ — helping you live stronger, longer, and better lives.

  2. Our programs are built by Physical Therapists — ensuring every movement, every class, and every progression is grounded in science and safety.

  3. We’re all-in on StrongerLife Lexington — and excited about the road ahead to bring this concept (and your legacy) to additional cities. 

As we move forward, our commitment remains the same:
StrongerLife will continue to be programmed by Physical Therapists, coached by certified professionals, and led by a team who are passionate about safe, smart, and sustainable fitness for older adults.

We’re proud of where we’ve been—and even more excited about what’s ahead. Thank you for your trust, your energy, and the example you set every day. StrongerLife isn’t just a gym; it’s a community built on strength, balance, and belonging.

Join our Annual Friendsgiving

Thursday, December 4, 2025 | 6 - 8 PM

Mark your calendars and dust off those secret family recipes— StrongerLife Friendsgiving is coming December 4th! It’s the one night we trade dumbbells for dinner rolls and test our grip strength on serving spoons instead of dumbbells. Calories don’t count when you’re with friends… right?

Thanksgiving Week Hours

We’re taking a quick break to celebrate gratitude—and gravy.  Please note our upcoming Thanksgiving Week Hours:

  • 🦃 Thursday, Nov 27: No classes (lifting turkey legs)

  • 🏋️‍♀️ Friday, Nov 28: 8:55am & 10:00am only (better than standing in line for Black Friday) 

  • 💪 Saturday, Nov 29: Back to our regular schedule!

Pelvic Floor Workshop
Strength from the Inside Out

Thursday, January 8, 2026 | 6PM

At StrongerLife, strength isn’t just about muscles you can see—it’s about the ones that support you from within. That’s why we’re hosting a Pelvic Floor Workshop for members and their guests to educate, empower, and help you take control of one of the most important (and often overlooked) areas of the body.

This workshop aligns perfectly with our mission: helping you live stronger, longer, and better.  The Pelvic Floor Workshop is led by Dr. Katelyn Morgan.  Dr. Morgan holds an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and a doctorate in Physical Therapy, both from the University of Kentucky as well as a Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health from the American Physical Therapy Association.   Dr. Morgan will be joined by StrongerLife’s own Dr. Laura Howard and Head Coach Amy Dalibor.

Together, they ensure that every class at StrongerLife isn’t just a workout—it’s a program with purpose.

Building Smarter Workouts at StrongerLife!

Refer a Friend to StrongerLife

It’s never been easier to invite a friend to try a FREE StrongerLife class or invite them to a Tour!  Members can TEXT the links below to their friends and the friend can now select and schedule a FREE class or a Tour directly on their phone!  When scheduling a FREE class OR Tour, the friend can enter the name of the member who referred them and the referring member will be eligible for a referral credit!
